USFL MAY REPORT- During the month of May, it seems I unknowingly bet almost exclusively point spreads. When I reversed engineered my thinking on many of these plays, I feel as though I got a little cocky. I felt I knew the new league and how to bet it, when its reality it takes multiple weeks to determine how to beat a certain league in each season, especially with point spread betting.

CFL WEEK 1 OPENING NIGHT P.O.D- CFL kicks off tonight after an extremely shorted training camp due to labor disputes which led to a work stoppage and coming off a shortened 2021 season due to COVD, this means that a heavy under play will be the POD. Montreal/Calgary U 47.5 is the CFBR CFL POD.  Also, according to Covers.com, the under is 9-4 is the last 13 matchups between these two teams.

COLLEGE FOOTBALL ZERO WEEK PLAY TO LOCK IN NOW- CFBR has begun its research on the opening lines for both zero week and week 1 of the 2022 college football season. Although our research still sits in the preliminary stages, one game from zero week has caught our attention. Nebraska currently sits as an 11-point favorite over Northwestern. Based on the coaching matchup alone, between Pat Fitzgerald and Scott Frost, I would take Pat Fitzgerald, at any time, place or weather. Fitzgerald`s 109-90 career record as a head coach, along with his 5-5 bowl game record featuring many New Years Day bowl games, put Scott Frost`s coaching resume in its proper place, mostly futile, even if Vegas seems to think otherwise based its opening number for this game.
