 It`s Thursday, so you know what that means. It’s time to get in the lab for a weekend of massive gambling, and it all starts, as all good gambling weekends start, in the NFL. In what is sure to be an unreal atmosphere in Philly, I am all over the home team. It just makes too  much sense.   A month into the year of 2023, I have decided it is the proper time to unveil the 2023 plan for Footballbettingjournal.com to my faithful seven readers. The plan is simple, I want to grow this blog, I want this to be a place where you can get solid betting analysis and plays that will make you money, or at least better inform your decision making at the betting terminal. I also want this to be a place that you can go as a release, I want this to be the witty, edgy sports betting blog that you tell all your buddies about. THEY`RE PLAYING BASKETBALL! It’s that time of year again, NBA Hoops is back and its time to deploy units like its D-Day. Looking at slate for tonight, I`m zeroing in on the night cap west coast conference throwdown between the Lakers and the Warriors as the spot to make some nice coin on what is shaping up to be a big time opening night of the 2022-2023 NBA Season.   The Lakers opened as 6 point dog and have since moved up to +7 as of the publishing of this article. There is about a 10% difference between % bets made on the lakers and % handle (money bet), with the ladder being 10% more. This signals that the sharps are on the Lakers. Big % handle (money bet), fewer % bets is a winning system in the NBA.   Tonight seems like a great spot to test that system. While the weather itself is a factor in the drop of the number, the indirect effects of the weather, i.e., shortened, and adjusted practice time, altered travel schedule will have effect on how the two teams perform on gameday.
